We’re thrilled to celebrate our long-standing partner, the State of Colorado, on receiving the Champion of Well-Being Certified Leader Award — the highest level of recognition in the Health Links® Healthy Workplace process. 🌟
This award honors organizations that set the standard for Total Worker Health® by integrating employee safety, health, and well-being into every aspect of their culture. It reflects not only statewide impact but also a deep commitment to building healthier, more resilient workplaces.

For more than two decades, Healthbreak has been proud to support the State of Colorado through their STATE OF HEALTH program, which is a year-round initiative offering health coaching, our custom digital platform, the HB Fitness Academy, a robust library of resources, and a centralized data hub to synthesize and drive real-time wellness outcomes statewide.
Since 2020, under the leadership of Steven Halterman, MPH, MCHES, CEBS and his incredible team, the program has evolved into a model of innovation and engagement. The State of Colorado’s recognition is a true testament to the dedication of their teams and the collective progress made in advancing workplace wellness.
Congratulations to the State of Colorado team and to all of this year’s United in Safety award winners and finalists. Your work continues to set the bar for workplace well-being.
