Mallory brings nearly two decades of experience in the fitness and wellness field, having worked in both commercial and corporate settings. Since joining Healthbreak in 2017, she has been teaching classes and providing personal training at a worksite fitness facility in the Colorado Springs area.

Mallory holds a bachelor’s degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation and is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise. Beyond her professional pursuits, Mallory enjoys spending time outdoors and cherishing moments with her two young kids, Madi & Rylee.

Why do you love your chosen profession?

Mallory’s dedication to her chosen profession stems from her passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential through fitness. Her coaching approach is centered on understanding each individual’s motivations and tailoring her guidance to meet them where they are, fostering progress in all aspects of health. She thrives on creating personalized fitness journeys, empowering each person to discover new passions and embrace activities they love.

What is your superpower?

Mallory’s superpower lies in her ability to engage others. She firmly believes that fitness should be enjoyable, making it easier for members to stay committed and achieve their goals. Her greatest joy comes from witnessing the growth and strength, both physical and mental, of those she guides.
