Superpower: Kindness
Wellness Coordinator
Lindsey’s journey in fitness and wellness began at the age of nine when she joined a jump rope team at her elementary school in Falcon, Colorado. Over the next fifteen years, she had the incredible opportunity to compete and perform across North America. That early experience sparked a deep interest in fitness, health, and wellness, leading her to pursue further education and certifications in these fields.
Earning her B.S. in Health and Wellness Promotion from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, followed by a M.S. in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Tampa, she also holds multiple certifications in group fitness, training, and wellness coaching. With over 10 years in corporate wellness, she is proud of her ability to create and adapt programs that meet the unique needs and interests of various groups.
As a Colorado Native, she lives in Colorado Springs with her soon to be husband, 3 dogs and 2 cats- with the hopes of expanding her family with more land, cows, chickens, and goats!
