Why do you love your chosen profession?
Helping people to feel empowered and overcome challenges to reach their wellness goals keeps me doing what I do.
What is your superpower?
My superpower is being a Community Builder. I’ve witnessed firsthand the power of community to elevate personal growth and help people overcome challenges. Whether I’m creating programming, leading classes, or fostering connections at the fitness center, my approach is to intentionally create environments where people don’t just participate; they belong.
