Why do you love your chosen profession?
I love helping people, whether it is helping them understand more about how diet impacts health, how to build an effective fitness routine, or how to conquer that 100-mile race. We can all do more than we imagine, and I love helping people embrace that concept. I work with people at their level, whether they are self-driven gym rats or struggling to get started. My focus is to create an environment where individuals enjoy their time in the fitness center, at home or on the trail, so they keep coming back for more!
What is your superpower?
Enthusiasm. I try to live my life with joy regardless of my circumstances. I include that philosophy in my workouts and training sessions. Everything is easier with a smile.
