What do you love about your chosen profession?

Helping others is deeply ingrained in my DNA. I love helping people get started making healthy habits and am energized with those same clients who identify the difference they have made to their quality of life. With so many hours each day spent at work, it is the perfect environment to start building healthy habits, and I am blessed with the opportunity to facilitate those actions.

What is your superpower?

Grit. I have the power and perseverance to succeed in any situation. I seek out large goals and won’t stop until the goals are accomplished.
