Why do you love your chosen profession?
My journey to health and wellness started in 5th grade when I engaged my family in fitness testing for a science fair project! I enjoyed dance and cheer for many years; explored various options in college and ultimately discovered my calling as an educator, coach and leader during my part-time faculty tenure at MSU. From fitness instructor to keynote speaker, team lead to director, my passion to guide others toward optimal wellbeing fills my bucket every single day!
What is your superpower?
Conductor. Nothing lights my fire like transforming something strong into something superb. From teams and meetings to development and strategy, I often experience a state “flow” when working to figure out how all the pieces can be arranged for maximum productivity. I find joy in any experience infused with coordination, organization, and harmony!
