Sarah earned her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from Minnesota State University-Mankato. She is a certified Personal Trainer, Functional Training Specialist, TRX Specialist, and a TRS Movement and Mobility Specialist. With nearly 5 years in the health and fitness industry, Sarah brings a passion for teaching individuals proper strength training and functional movements to live pain-free which allows them to do what they love each day. Sarah loves to help individuals reach their best self by working on personal development and encouraging them to appreciate their body, mind, and every moment of their life.
Why do you love your chosen profession?
I love helping individuals build confidence in achieving any goal they set their mind to whether it is decreasing their joint pain, building strength, or wanting to eat healthier. It is rewarding to see their mindsets shift once they start prioritizing their mental and physical health, and they begin seeing other areas of their lives improve. I believe that when we prioritize taking care of our minds and bodies, we can live a more fulfilled and whole lifestyle. I know that balance is key to living a sustainable, healthy lifestyle, and I focus on finding that balance with my clients through my training, experience and supporting their goals.
What is your superpower?
Positivity. We all have the power to spread kindness, love, and positivity. I love to be that person that shines a light in someone's day. You never know what someone else is going through, so I love to spread the light wherever I go.
