Sara Parker, BSBA, FNTP

Client Service Associate, Digital Solutions & Production

Sara holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia. After reversing some of her own health conditions through nutrition and lifestyle, decided she wanted to learn how to help others do the same. This realization led her to complete a certification in Functional Nutritional Therapy through the Nutritional Therapy Association. Her passion for holistic health and desire to make a change on a larger scale landed her in the corporate wellness sector. Prior to coming to Healthbreak, Sara worked with individual clients where she coached them into creating sustainable healthy habits, built unique protocols based on client needs, and developed educational materials centered around health.

Sara moved to Colorado in 2015 where she found an overwhelming love for the mountains. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing, hiking, paddleboarding, spending time with loved ones and her dogs, and nerding out on the latest health research.

Why do you love your chosen profession?

I truly adore playing a part in making our world a healthier place. In fact, I consider it one of my missions in life. If we can create a healthier society, we can foster more happiness, more connectedness, and more joy.

What is your superpower?

Compassion: I consider myself to be highly compassionate where I can hold space for others' struggles and recognize how it impacts the way they move through life. In my opinion, the more compassion we show, the less judgment we hold, and the better off our world will be.
