Why do you love your chosen profession?
Being and staying active has always been a part of my life. I learned early on about the importance of taking care of myself and how that influenced many aspects of my life. As an athlete in high school, I was taught the value of teamwork and how to overcome hardships with determination, persistence, and doing your best. With the correct mindset, this ultimately has proven to lead to success! I wanted to carry on what I learned to help others in their health and wellness journey. I love working as a team, helping others stay positive and motivated to succeed!
What is your superpower?
Grit. My passion for achieving long term goals all stems from determination, resiliency, drive, and perseverance. I believe one can find meaningful purpose in life, that you can influence the outcome of events by your response, and that both positive and negative events will lead to learning and growth. Grit has been a driving force in my life, and I love helping others overcome obstacles and achieve their goals!
