Why do you love your chosen profession?
I thought I was going to be a PE teacher after college but fell in love with wellness and fitness in college. I enjoy the aspects of helping individuals set health goals and then work to achieve those goals, whether through fitness or other programs that are offered. Working with individuals in their workplace is rewarding because I get to to help them achieve their overall health goals where they spend most of their day. I love learning more about the industry every day; it’s always evolving and growing.
What is your superpower?
Enthusiasm. I get excited about the littlest things and most times can engage those around me in the same excitement. I love to spread good energy.
