Why do you love your chosen profession?

I love encouraging others to be active and live an active lifestyle. Movement and exercise are the core to our wellbeing and will allow us to stay healthy and live a long life. Exercise can change your physiology, psychologically, and more. It can help you become stronger, increase your energy level, boosts your mood and attitude, combat health conditions and diseases, and increase your respiratory system. Sweating, working hard, and learning are three of my favorite things. When you achieve all these things you are making the choice to improve yourself, grow mentally, and grow physically. I love seeing people work hard to better themselves. Living a healthy active lifestyle is the aging pill we can take to live a healthy full life.

What is your superpower?

Achiever. My outlook focuses on doing everything one can! As an achiever, I am constantly driven to be as productive as possible. I love directing all my energy and focus on what I am presently doing. Being a runner, my goal was always to finish strong, run through the finish line, and keep on running. I apply that same mentality to my daily life by doing as much as possible and to keep going because there is always something I can achieve.  Each day is a start of something new and I love waking up early and living life to the fullest.  I find I have more energy after each class instructed, project done, event planned, client trained, and more. My day is complete when I have finished all my tasks for the day.
