Fitness Specialist
Dani Bates earned her Bachelor of Science degree in corporate fitness and physical education from Minot State University. Dani is a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, group exercise instructor, and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach. She has over seven years of experience in school, commercial and corporate settings. She loves teaching anything involving strength training as she is a competitive powerlifter herself.
Dani found her passion for health and wellness after competing in sports through high school, to then gain the famous freshman fifteen in college. She started attending group exercise classes and fell in love with the process and wanted to share that positive energy with others. She moved to Colorado from her home state in North Dakota for the sunshine and opportunity to further her career in the fitness industry.
Why do you love your chosen profession?
I love educating people about health and fitness to see them discover their "ah - ha moment." I believe that making small changes to your lifestyle can make a huge difference in your health. I love watching individual's confidence and energy grow as they feel better inside and out! I want to change the world, one life at a time.
What is your superpower?
Energy and empathy. My energy is fueled by my passion to make a difference whether it is as simple as making someone smile or helping someone achieve their weight loss goal. I feel I have the ability to connect and understand people where they are at in their journey and use that knowledge to create the best plan of action to get them where they want to go.
