Why do you love your chosen profession? I love that we get to make exercise fun, as well as challenging with the long-term goal of improving health and happiness.

What is your superpower? Dedication and Drive. I am very proud of my Midwestern Wisconsin upbringing that instilled in me a strong work ethic, and empowered me to become someone who gives my best effort to everything I do and never settles for less. I love making competitions with myself (and others) to push the limits of what success in health and wellness can look like. I am a very relatable and approachable person, which allows me to help anyone find his or her own success in the health and wellness realm.
