Rachel Fallon, MS, ACSM-CPT, ACE-HC
Health and Fitness Specialist
Rachel earned her degrees from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Sciences and a Master’s degree in Health Promotion. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and a Certified Health Coach through the American Council on Exercise.
After living in Arizona and working in fitness and wellness at Arizona State University, Rachel and her husband moved back to Colorado. She is glad to be back in her beautiful, home state. Rachel enjoys hiking, traveling, being in nature, watching football and time with friends and family.
She enjoys being part of the Healthbreak team and having the opportunity to work with and influence people through health and wellness. Rachel currently manages two worksite fitness centers in downtown Denver.
Why do you love your chosen profession? I love impacting others by sharing my passion for health and wellness. As a fitness and wellness professional, I get to be a part of so many individuals’ health journeys. I love coaching and motivating others through their journey as they work to achieve their best self.
What is your superpower? Genuineness. I love building open and honest relationships. I value an “open door policy”, making others feel welcomed and appreciated. I put a high importance on being real and true in any situation and cherish my close relationships.
